Action Alert: Stop HB2537 - Prohibition to Animal Testing

Please contact your legislators at http://www.azleg.state.az.us and ask them to vote against this bill which is an attack on the use of animal testing and an attack on relieving human pain and suffering.
 
This bill will neither help the biomedical industry nor will it change the federal requirement that new drugs be tested on animals before being used on humans.  And the industry already relies on alternatives to animal testing whenever possible.  This bill should also be stopped because it could be amended in many ways and your representatives should know it's just another attack from animal rights activists upon the rest of us who need safe and effective medicines.
